New Bent Zealots MC Release!!

At last! I have a new Bent Zealots MC release!!! #9 is A Handsome Devil. You don't need to read the prior books.

They wanted justice.

They settled for revenge.

TRUMAN: Morphing from a mild-mannered, upstanding citizen into a community leader in social work, I founded the Establishment Club, a safe house for addicts looking to escape the life. When Alessio Medina orated from the roof, bellowing in opposition to The System, my sensible existence ended. Who could hold out against this hypnotic, black-haired composer with such a luscious ass?
ALESSIO: The bus from the halfway house puked us out, and I had no idea why I ran to the roof—my legs just took me. I made the speech of my life to the openmouthed crowd below. When the drugs took hold, Truman swept me up in his arms. My down-to-earth, sculpted savior spirited me away to his house . . . After I told him I’d certainly be arrested for murder.
TRUMAN: That seductive musician had been violated by authority figures he’d been told to trust. Alessio came to me in pain, his spirit crying out for justice. But he’d be okay with revenge, too.
We were the same in many ways.
Well, mostly in one way. We both wanted to wipe out the poisonous traitors who had damaged our souls.
Publisher’s Note: This book is not for the faint of heart. It contains scenes of graphic gay sex, illegal doings, themes of drug abuse, mutual masturbation. There is no cheating or cliffhangers, and there are HEAs for all.

New BARE BONES MC Release! The Bitch is Bad is HERE!

The Bitch is Bad is finally here! It's #11 in the BARE BONES MC series. It's a standalone and can be read out of order, or it's nice to revisit the older characters from prior books. Especially the elders Duji, Tuzigoot, and Faux Pas, who are weary of killing people and more into going to crafts fairs and the NYTimes crossword puzzle. Showing photos of their grandkids and discussing bucket lists ("I wanna go to Africa and wrestle a Cape Buffalo" "I wanna buy a camper and drive to Florida."

Drink up, drink up. Let me fill your cup with the promise of a man.
Creed Trucks has just purchased Pictures of Lily, a sprawling vineyard in Arizona. He’s a quietly confident zaddy, a cunning and suave businessman who gets what he wants. Little does the Silicon Valley magnate know, a crazed grifter moves up and down the red rock valley, extorting and scamming his way from wine cave party to truffle hunt. A top hipster poseur among glitterati and grapes.
Into this wild, broad canyon comes the least likely little girl.

Patience Bedford is on the run from a murderous husband, a mother who farmed her out to modeling agencies to live the high life. Cops are no help, and even women’s shelters fear to harbor her. Patience goes black, popping up underground near Pure and Easy as office manager for a bud and breakfast owned by The Bare Bones MC.

Studying a painting that seems to be of Patience, Creed concludes her true identity, and she comes to work for Pictures of Lily. The May/December duo form an unbreakable sanctuary against the world. In their mutually respectful realm of BDSM, they learn to expand their roles, both inner and outer. How they buck off the burden on their shoulders gives them strength to go up against a hitman hired by Patience’s ex.
With the help of their new family, the famed motorcycle club helps them stare down the biggest foe of all, the grifting con man Oliver Klozov… and come out the other side with love unbroken and stronger than ever.

Publisher’s Note: This book is not for the faint of heart. It contains scenes of graphic sex, DDLG, May/December age play, illegal doings, consensual bondage and discipline (BONUS: kinbaku and shibari!), and violence in general. It’s a full-length novel of 53,000 words. There are no cheating or cliffhangers, and there are HEAs for all.

I'm still working on the Spanish, but all of Layla Wolfe's books are there, and Italian even has Clair Voyant's books, my European pen name for my back catalogue. Go check them out if you're curious about motorcycle clubs and westerns in Italian and Spanish!👈

WORKING THE LODE is reissued!

WORKING THE LODE is reissued! I've gotten the rights back to the Going for the Gold series written in 2010 for Siren, western ménages.  I am remembering how much fun I had writing these erotic adventure stories.

Going to California. It's three thousand miles nearer to hell.

Mountain man Cormack Bowmaker meets up with Zelnora Sparks on the eve of California's great rush-the discovery of gold. Zelnora is fleeing from her mentor, the mighty businessman Brannagh. They are being shadowed by the most scandalous Spanish bandit in the frontier. Joaquin Valenzuela wants to rob them of their gold, but soon discovers a desire for much more.

Californians call for the pickled head of Valenzuela in a jar, but his passion for the two Americans overpowers his zeal for mayhem. They band together in their quest for riches, love, and the good life.

Bowmaker is a sharpshooter, his aim true. Valenzuela will slit the throat of anyone who wanders by. Zelnora knows where to find the gold. And Brannagh will do everything it takes to stop them.

They are about to discover the frontier—within themselves.

Publisher’s Note: Going for the Gold is a gritty western MMF romance novel. Contains voyeurism, extremely explicit man-on-manlove action, and scorching hot scenes of historical menage. It is a 65,000 word story with no cliffhanger and HEAs for all.

New Contract for my Historicals!

I am proud to announce I've just signed a new contract for my first three historicals brought out by Medallion Press in the 00s: The HinterlandsThe Four Quarters of the World, and Strangely Wonderful.  All three African-set historicals tell tales of derring-do in clashes between adventurers, colonials, and tribesmen.  Crossroad Press has purchased all three as a set called The Dark Continent, and they will be available in e-book form in August.

So to celebrate I had three new covers made:

Yes, there is a sword theme!  Look for them in about a month.  NOW!

Cover Reveal Alert!

Siren just sent me the sneak peek for the cover of Two Good Men, Book # in the Hell's Delight: Unbridled M/M series.

Two Good Men, Book #3

Everyone's  just looking for two good men.

Dodge Hendy, aspiring animal orthotist, is shocked and yet oddly thrilled by what he sees through Kingsize Taylor's window.  The recently divorced, bicurious Dodge is open to newcomers.  When King comes to the hotel to apologize to Dodge, two dead bodies they stumble across cry out for their assistance.  They can't leave this case unsolved.

Rodeo star Kingsize Taylor is swept away by Dodge's untouched beauty, his virginity.  King is ready to settle down and create a home with another man, but is skittish about Dodge's ten-year-old son Ryan.  He's never been monogamous with anyone with a kid before.

The plot thickens when they follow the main suspect to the gay rodeo.  Dodge, like the suspicious fumigator, is deathly afraid of being outed in a politically correct world.  But in his journeys with King through the underbelly of bawdy night clubs and forensics labs,  King realizes he's found the man everyone looks for.

Book #2 in Hell's Delight: Unbridled is here!

Book #2 in the Unbridled MM edition of Hell's Delight has just been released in-house at Siren.

[Siren Everlasting Classic ManLove:Erotic Alternative Consensual BDSM May/December Romance, M/M, bondage, sex toys, spanking, HEA]
Father Arlo Fleming has been transferred to Hell's Delight as punishment for breaking the Church's unspoken rules. He loves working with the downtrodden, those living on the edge. But when Con Dawson asks him to the river to discuss opening a youth center, Arlo didn't expect to have half a body on his hands.
Medical examiner Dr. Lorenzo Hamerelli reluctantly teams up with Father Fleming, fully aware he's powerfully attracted to the older, salt-and-pepper Scotsman. But “Hammer” has just been burned by a lover who denied his own nature. The last thing he needs is to fall in love with a priest.
Dom Arlo wants someone who will push back, give him a run for his money, and Hammer fights his inner urges with his last breath. But sparks fly when the obedient Hammer caves to his passion for the virile priest. They journey through the back alleys of Hell's Delight, running into pot farmers, moonshiners, and, ultimately, murderers.
Note: This book is written in first-person point of view.

Thrilled to Announce a New Siren Book and Series!

Just got my new book cover for Two For the Road, an MM spinoff of my popular Hell's Delight series.  Absolutely LOVE it!  I think the main guy looks like Clive Owen, who modeled the cow boss hero, Balthazar Aquino.

What happens when two Doms clash, each one trying to get the upper hand?

Balthazar:  The serene life on the range at Hardscrabble Ranch came to a sudden end when my sister vanished.  I switched from being a rough and ready cow boss to a sleazy detective in the Hell's Delight underbelly, putting clues together to find her.

Why did I let that lean, mean fireman Oly partner up with me?  He stands for everything I crave and everything I fear.

Olin:  I've lived a closeted life in Northern California until returning to Hell's Delight.  I want to dominate that sinewy cowboy Balt, to force him to comply with me in nasty and wicked scenes.  I'm backed up against a wall when I find out Balt wants the same dirty things—to dominate and control.

The serial killer trail is growing hot.  There's no time for childish battles.

Never give the devil a ride. He’ll always want the reins.

Book Cover Reveal Alert!

I'm thrilled to reveal my new book cover for THE HINTERLANDS, a reissue of my first published book in 2004.  Here you can see the old vs the brand spanking new.

Old version circa 2004

Brand spanking new version, 2014
I love how the new version looks like a Tarzan poster, some pulp fiction adventure thing, which pretty much describes the book.  Here's the blurb.  I'll be reissuing it within a couple of weeks.

From a land you’ve never heard of
Comes a story you’ll never forget

1896.  In the vast network of the Niger Delta waterways, where palm oil and blood flow from the hinterlands, the ancient Kingdom of Benin is under siege.  Legendary trader and leopard hunter Brendan Donivan battles to protect his adopted homeland’s sacred civilization from the colonial expansion of the British while balancing his commerce with the whiteman’s world.  Brendan’s reality is fractured by the arrival of…

…New York anthropologist Elle Bowie, drawn to the Guinea Coast by a dream.  Amazed to discover the domain holds vast happiness and delights, she cannot reveal her true ambition.  For against everything her mind and heart has trained her for, she has it bad for the “Coast Gentleman.”

Brendan cannot love a woman who is in cahoots with the British. Elle cannot love any man.

Central in the scheming of the Oil Rivers citizens is the traitorous gnome Mateus, descended from Portuguese soldiers.  the happy-go-lucky Texan, Rip, who masquerades as Elle’s husband.  and the majestic and brutal General Ologboshere, in command of thousands of warriors.

As Brendan and Elle become mixed up in the political intrigues of the steamy jungle, the British forces bear down relentlessly upon them.  They face the extinction of a way of life, trading hulks anchored in the rivers, advanced bronze artwork, colossal war canoes, and the supremacy of the Oba, King of Benin, second in command to the gods.

The Kingdom of Benin, the land of ritualistic human sacrifice and juju  religion.  The lives and loves of many hang in the balance in…THE HINTERLANDS

I just love the colors, so rich and deep.  Indicative of the spirits swirling around them, tempting them, urging them on, on to greater heights of madness and abandon...

Cover Reveal Time for REDEMPTION SONG!

OK, it's that time...COVER REVEAL TIME!  The other four gals will have similar themed covers, and I'll post them all together once they receive theirs.    Mine was one of the first to be finalized.  Here it is in all its glory.  Originally, Les Byerly had my guy Niko Valdés in an old timey outfit.  I loved it, but didn't want to confuse anyone that it was an historical when it's a contemporary.  So I had Les remove poor Niko's clothes.  Oh hell, let's just show you the before and after.

Better, huh?  The house in the background was too cheerful and the font wasn't gothic and gritty enough.  I love the tagline, Guilt holds you prisoner.  Redemption sets you free.   But it looked too cluttery.  Much better now, don't you think?

October 23rd is the release date...

...for Redemption Song, Book #4 in the Midnight, New Orleans Style collection.

When five college friends reunite, one night changes their lives forever.

Halloween in New Orleans.  Rémy Lafitte has paid a charlatan to enact a Voodoo ceremony in the cemetery. The ritual reanimates Niko Valdés, a French Quarter tutor who was damned to Everlost for murdering his sister’s rapist.
Mild-mannered stockbroker Heidi Purdue stumbles upon Niko and Rémy in a compromising position.  They are interrupted by a demon on horseback who beheads the charlatan before giving the trio a pentalpha puzzle to solve.
Curvy Heidi knows that heartthrob Rémy would never fall for her, but she falls for the undead tutor.  Rémy, jealous of the other two’s closeness, agrees to an equitable ménage, opening up to a male lover.
The centuries-long battle against primordial evil leads them to a temple, where they find Solomon’s ring.  They go past the portal of Hellmouth to redeem themselves, but the real puzzle is how to fulfill the prophecy that they are intertwined inexorably—now and forever.

Midnight, New Orleans Style has the Green Light!

We can now announce the top secret project we've been hard at work on since November.  I've collaborated with the great Marla Monroe, Alicia White, Corinne Davies, and Tara Rose to bring you a new collection due out around Halloween.  We thought Midnight, New Orleans Style would be a jazzy and eye-catching series title.  We hope you agree!

Since we just got the green light, we have little in the way of promo, so I'll just share the blurb I wrote for my contribution.  Mine will be the 4th book titled Redemption Song.

Halloween in New Orleans.  Rémy Lafitte has paid a charlatan to enact a Voodoo ceremony in the cemetery.  He wants to discover where his pirate ancestor Jean buried his gold bars.  The ritual accidentally reanimates Niko Valdés, a long-dead French Quarter tutor who was damned to Everlost for murdering his sister’s rapist.

Mild-mannered stockbroker Heidi Purdue and her four university friends take a streetcar to the cemetery.  Heidi stumbles upon Niko and Rémy in a compromising position.  They are interrupted by a demon on horseback, Baal-Berith, who beheads the charlatan before giving them a pentalpha puzzle to solve.

The trio plots their crusade to permanently spring Niko from Everlost where his sister is still trapped.  The plain and curvy Heidi knows that heartthrob Rémy would never fall for her, but she could do worse than an undead tutor.  Rémy, jealous of the two’s closeness, agrees to an equitable ménage, opening up to a male lover—a revitalized one, at that.

The centuries-long battle against primordial evil leads them to a Shriners Temple, where they find Solomon’s ring with a surprising twist.  It takes them past the portal of Hellmouth to redeem themselves, but the real puzzle is how to fulfill the prophecy that they are intertwined inexorably—now and forever.
