New Contract for my Historicals!

I am proud to announce I've just signed a new contract for my first three historicals brought out by Medallion Press in the 00s: The Hinterlands, The Four Quarters of the World, and Strangely Wonderful.  All three African-set historicals tell tales of derring-do in clashes between adventurers, colonials, and tribesmen.  Crossroad Press has purchased all three as a set called The Dark Continent, and they will be available in e-book form in August.

Thrilled to Announce a New Siren Book and Series!

Just got my new book cover for Two For the Road, an MM spinoff of my popular Hell's Delight series.  Absolutely LOVE it!  I think the main guy looks like Clive Owen, who modeled the cow boss hero, Balthazar Aquino.

Cover Reveal Time for REDEMPTION SONG!

OK, it's that time...COVER REVEAL TIME!  The other four gals will have similar themed covers, and I'll post them all together once they receive theirs.    Mine was one of the first to be finalized.  Here it is in all its glory.  Originally, Les Byerly had my guy Niko Valdés in an old timey outfit.  I loved it, but didn't want to confuse anyone that it was an historical when it's a contemporary.  So I had Les remove poor Niko's clothes.  Oh hell, let's just show you the before and after.

 

Better, huh?  The house in the background was too cheerful and the font wasn't gothic and gritty enough.  I love the tagline, Guilt holds you prisoner.  Redemption sets you free.   But it looked too cluttery.  Much better now, don't you think?

Midnight, New Orleans Style has the Green Light!

We can now announce the top secret project we've been hard at work on since November.  I've collaborated with the great Marla Monroe, Alicia White, Corinne Davies, and Tara Rose to bring you a new collection due out around Halloween.  We thought Midnight, New Orleans Style would be a jazzy and eye-catching series title.  We hope you agree!

Since we just got the green light, we have little in the way of promo, so I'll just share the blurb I wrote for my contribution.  Mine will be the 4th book titled Redemption Song.
